By accessing or using NailFinder ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use NailFinder. By creating an account or accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are legally permitted to access adult content in your jurisdiction;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such content is prohibited;
• You understand that the Platform contains adult-oriented content including explicit nail art imagery and creator-generated content.

We take age compliance seriously. Any user found to be under 18 will have their account immediately terminated. If you have reason to believe a minor is using the Platform, please contact us at [email protected].

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information;
• Maintain the security of your account credentials;
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account;
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Creators on NailFinder may upload and sell access to original nail art content, tutorials, and custom requests. By uploading content, creators represent and warrant that:

• They own or have the right to distribute all content they upload;
• Their content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights;
• Their content complies with all applicable laws and regulations;
• All individuals depicted in content are 18 years of age or older and have consented to the content.

NailFinder reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without notice.

Buyers may subscribe to creator tiers (Basic, Premium, VIP) to access exclusive content. By subscribing:

• You authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the selected subscription rate;
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date;
• Refunds are issued at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed;
• Creator payouts are processed according to our 80/20 revenue split (80% to creator, 20% platform fee).

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform if you are under 18 years of age;
• Upload, share, or distribute illegal content of any kind;
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users or creators;
• Attempt to circumvent any security or access controls;
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute Platform content without authorization;
• Impersonate any person or entity;
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

All Platform content, branding, and technology are owned by NailFinder or its licensors. Creator content remains the intellectual property of the respective creator. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NailFinder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
